 At 5:40, Kyle called the meeting to order.

A. Update on Non-Returning Staff

Brian announced that the following staff members have formally indicated that they will not be returning next school year: Pat Zimmerman, Donna Fischer, Winnie Bolinsky, Jonathan Cohen.

III. Action Items

A. Offers to Existing Staff

Pete moved and Kyle seconded to offer lead teaching positions to Julie Danna, Lynn Mona, Brian Rowan, and Mark Toci. The motion passed 3 - 0. Brian abstained.

Pete moved and Kyle seconded to offer assistant teaching positions to Kelly Kennedy and Jalynn Woleslagle. The motion passed 3 - 0. Jalynn abstained.

IV. Adjournment

 Kyle moved and Brian seconded to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
