April 28- Diamonte Poems- We will be working on many different types of poems to publish our own book by the end of the year.
April 30- Haiku Hike- We will take a walk to the park and take notes of what we see, hear, feel, smell around us. We will discuss what a Haiku poem is and create some great poems to put on our websites!
May 3 Cinquain- Practicing applying different parts of speech.
May 5- Students can choose any form of poem, from the list, to create a mothers day poem.
May 7 - Edit and print out mothers day poems to take home.
